Building trust. Creating spaces.
A Kollam based contractor delivering construction, civil, fabrication, maintenance and manpower services across Kerala since 2014.
From a vision in Kollam to a trusted contractor across Kerala
Our founder's journey began in 2013 after completing his degree, working in interior marketing. Those years gave him valuable industry experience and a strong understanding of interior works, customer requirements and the opportunities in the market.
When the company he worked for moved its operations to Dubai, he realised that Kerala, and Kollam in particular, offered real opportunities in construction, interiors, fabrication and related services. With a vision to build an independent business at home, he took the next step.
In 2014 he established Capstone Homes in Kollam, bringing together a team of experienced, skilled staff who shared the same vision and commitment.
Since then our aim has been the same: quality workmanship, reliable service and customer satisfaction. Today we carry out construction and civil works, renovation, interior and fabrication works, maintenance and manpower services for government, public sector and private clients across Kerala.
